We have extended family who live here. It is an awesome 55+ community! Itâs clean and the people are friendly and decorate their doorways. The family room, playground, dog park, garden planters, etc. are awesome! I feel like theyâve thought of everything. They have two bedroom and three bedroom apartments available (not sure if they have bigger units?) but it has definitely been a fit! The floors are a bit thin which is definitely apartment life, but theyâve done all they can to make it a homey place, including beautiful decor in the lobbies and scents that help the apartment building feel clean even with allowing pets. The Retreat is across the road from large horse pastures with a beautiful view of the mountains (if you live on the east side). Walking the single lane farm roads nearby is the best. There is a bus stop on the road right in front of the Retreat that offers the 821 and 822 buses that take you into Payson or as far north as the Provo Frontrunner Station or BYU, respectively. The local hospital is just down the road which is great if you have family with health problems living here. Definitely an awesome location!

l moved in a few months ago and l am so happy here! l have made lots of friends and love my comfortable and beautiful apartment. The staff and maintenance team have been so kind and thoughtful. They try really hard to make sure we are all safe and happy.

Prosâ¦my apartment in building B is roomy and spacious and well insulated cutting down on heating and cooling bills. There are marble countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. It feels like a hotel with each building having an elevator, exercise room, game room and theatre. Itâs pet friendly. There is a Monday evening gathering for the residents. The area is beautiful with mountains, fresh air, horses and friendly people. There is a mini-mart inside the clubhouse. Nice pool with chairlift for disabled or elderly. Hot tub, and fire pit also in the pool area. Pickle ball and basketball courts. BBQ grills and picnic tables in the courtyard. Also garden boxes. Cons⦠There is poor lighting around the south side of buildings A and B by the dog pen (across the street from the office/ clubhouse). I have requested dog bag/trash can stations to be placed on the east and north side of building B for 9 months now.

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing this place is. The staff and our fellow residents has made this place home. This is a community inside a community we look out for each other and truly enjoy each otherâs company. We were the first ones to move into building B and have truly enjoyed watching all the new neighbors come aboard. I honestly couldnât be happier living here.

Weâre fairly new to The Retreat at South Haven Farms, (and actually in Building A). I canât say enough about the friendliness of the residents and the Staff⦠The Staff go way above and beyond. We had a few minor requests following our move, and expected to be put on a waiting list. NOT SO! Everything has received immediate action the day we requested it. THATâS AWESOME WORK, by an AWESOME TEAM !!!

The Retreat at South Haven Farms in Payson Utah is an exciting place to live! The apartments are brand new, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. The property manager and staff are friendly,caring and willing to go the extra mile to solve problems. The people living in building A are a community of friends and neighbors, almost like a family. There are many activities that people enjoy including a community home evening on Mondays, Bingo,Bunco and Bowling on other week days. The facility has a family room for entertaining, exercise room, game and theater rooms ,also. I would highly recommend the Retreat as a wonderful place to live!!

We call it the farm and I love living here. I moved in the day it opened almost a year ago. It is a safe place. This is the best community my neighbors have become family. We have a lot of fun and we take care of each other. we gather regularly and enjoy the family room, game room, theater room. lots of different fun activities from game-nights, bingo, birthday parties, Christmas in July Bunko other fun gatherings, Itâs a great location. Office staff Bianca and Mandy are always available and take great care of us. Maintenance is Chris and Jesse they do a great job and are quick to take care of anything. This is a happy kind place.

It is amazing living here. I love my home I feel safe. I love my neighbors. We have become a family. We take care of each other. We have a lot of fun. We use the family rooms game rooms, potlucks Bingos. We love getting together and getting to know each other. The office staff is amazing they take great care of us. I love my home and community ❣️
